    Frequent questions

    • What is the documentation that I must have for the shipment of my products?

      The documentation depends on the type of shipment:
      Courier: You must take into account the timely sending of your invoice for each of our shipments and the guide for tracking your purchase orders.
      Air or maritime consolidation: We will request, if necessary, additional information for our tariff classification, along with the certificates and documents required for the entry of the merchandise stipulated by Colombian customs law.
      For countries with a current FTA, we could request a letter of origin to have the benefit of the treaty.

    • What is the price that I must share with Sodimac to define the sale price? In which currency should I send the information? (USD or EUR)

      If you are located in Europe and surroundings you must share your EXW price (the product placed in your warehouse) in Euros, if you are located in any other part of the world you must share your EXW prices in USD.

    • How is the change in market rates (TRM) handled?

      For our business model, we will take care of changing the prices to the local currency and putting the sales Price of your portfolio online.

    • In case of a return, ¿what is the return logistics process?

      If the product has already been dispatched, the products are sent to our distribution center in Colombia.
      Once we have a new purchase order of the same reference, we will dispatch it directly from our warehouses to the end Customer instead of placing a new purchase order to the seller.
